Aleksandra Pedraszewska

Aleksandra Pedraszewska is an entrepreneur, operations manager, and mentor to technology startups. In 2017, she co-founded VividQ, a company developing holographic display technology, where as a COO she led the product, finance and marketing teams. She helped grow the company from a prototype to a 50-person team serving clients in the US and Asia Pacific, raise $25m in funding and receive the title of "Best British Technology Pioneer". Previously, she gained professional experience at Rolls-Royce, HBO and the investment fund IdeaLab Ventures. She holds a BA from the University of Cambridge and an MA from Cambridge Judge Business School. She was recognized by Forbes magazine in the "30 under 30" list in the Technology Europe category. Aleksandra currently leads AI safety operations at ElevenLabs - audio AI research and product company, valued at over three billion dollars.
