Agility is my passion. I help organizations effectively implement agile ways of working, from small teams to large operational structures. My experience includes fostering a customer-centric culture and applying radical candor. I believe that true agility begins with a deep understanding of customer needs and delivering value at every stage of the process. Outside of work, I enjoy agility training with my dogs, dog frisbee, and zouk dancing.
