I specialize in crafting and implementing data & AI strategies, building robust data pipelines, and developing impactful ML models and AI applications. My background blends technical expertise with a strong understanding of business strategy, enabling me to bridge the gap between innovation and tangible results. My academic journey, spanning the Universities of Warsaw, Humboldt (Berlin), Bamberg, Vienna, culminated in a PhD from Humboldt University with research at Columbia. My doctoral research, focusing on the dynamics of violence in Colombia, showcased my ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data to provide a comprehensive understanding of complex issues. Since then, I've focused on data, ML and AI. I've spearheaded successful data & AI engagements throughout Europe, conceptualizing and managing AI and data initiatives. I've built and led teams developing data pipelines, analytical solutions, and ML and AI tools. At Microsoft, I empower clients to leverage Azure for success, defining architectures, creating solutions, and providing hands-on support.
