Magdalena Paradowska

Magda has always wanted to write books. All attempts ended very... fast, from point A to point B by the shortest route :) in high school she stopped struggling with a strict mind and eventually became a master engineer in automation and robotics graduating from Silesian University of Technology. She spent more than a decade solving technical problems for clients at all levels, from junior to supervisor, until she discovered a passion for training and developing others. Today she leads the development of young engineers and is actively involved in educational projects for elementary school students (First Lego League, STEMazing Academy, extra-curricular activities). She is an active mentor, certified coach and enthusiastic tutor. She teaches public speaking classes and enjoys looking at her comfort zone from afar. She has been with Rockwell Automation intermittently (maternity) for 18 years.
