Viktoriia Manukiantc is enthusiastic about approaching Quality Assurance from various perspectives, with a particular focus on systems' resilience and their ability to quickly recover after outages. She is committed to helping teams achieve required quality standards by facilitating improvements through changing approaches, work practices, and by supporting DevTestOps transformation. As part of her QA duties, Viktoriia has taken technical responsibility across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing. She identifies, evaluates, and adopts appropriate testing methods, tools, techniques, and processes to create a robust testing solution. Over the course of 15 years in IT, Viktoriia has worked on various projects indifferent domains such as Telecom, AI, and Banking. She has experience inleading and coordinating the work of Developers and QA teams, planning and prioritizing backlog items, and foreseeing potential risks.
