She leads transformation that result in increased engagement and efficiency of managers, teams, and the entire Bank.She inspires, advises, and supports the Top Management and the Bank´s Board Members in development.  She has a long track record in managing teams, complex processes, and strategic projects in an international environment. She successfully transforms leadership culture and changes the approach to learning and talent acquisition. She participates in key processes in the HR area (recruitment, succession, and nomination of Board Members). She is familiar with the challenges associated with multiculturalism, and is a champion of promoting it. She emphasizes the importance of diversity within the Bank. She supports developmental initiatives for women who aspire to become future leaders and board members.
