Ursula Mbock

Ursula is an engineer in the Global Remote Support Services team at Rockwell Automation. She holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology.

With her expertise, she provides technical assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging systems. This support covers a wide range of hardware and software products, such as FactoryTalk Hub, FactoryTalk ME and SE, PowerFlex drives, PanelView Plus, and Logix controllers.

Ursula is passionate about solving complex technical challenges in the areas of electrical drives and automation programming. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, swimming, and is a member of Toastmasters International
