Her journey in remote support started as a software support engineer, progressing to a team leader role, and she eventually became the supervisor of the phone support division.

With over a decade of expertise in people management, Anna excels in change management and takes pride in building teams that achieve success and drive innovation.

In her personal time, Anna enjoys engaging in activities with her dog and spending quality moments with her family, which bring her joy and balance.
