Sandra Przyklenk

An experienced Team Leader with over 10 years of experience in Tech Support and over 6 years in managing teams. Her adventure with Rockwell Automation begun over 7 years ago, where she focuses on both: technical development and soft skills. On everyday basis she is responsible for leading group of 7 tech support engineers, but occasionally she puts on working boots and goes on customer’s site to help with repairs’ coordination.

Besides her main responsibilities, she is also vice president in ERG ROKOut which supports local LGBTQ+ community and fosters culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. With her colleagues she organizes various actions to promote inclusiveness and understanding for LGBTQ+ matters, focusing on education and spreading tolerance.

Sandra values possibility to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and loves helping people out. In her private time, she likes to crochet and learn foreign languages.
