Alice-Lavinia Chiru

Alice is a dedicated and adaptable leader with a dual background in Computer Science and Business Administration. She enjoys working with people, learning from diverse perspectives, and helping teams grow.  With experience across EMEA and APAC, she has had the opportunity to lead global teams, improve service delivery, and support the expansion of people operations.

 Now a Business Manager for EMEA region at Rockwell Automation, Alice focuses on the growth and profitability of the digital business unit, working closely with teams across sales, delivery, operations, and strategy.  

Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she founded the LEAD Network Chapter in Romania and continues to advocate for building supportive, high-performing teams.
