Sabina Czarnecka

I started my journey in IT company 10 years ago as a programmer in Software Development team. I was involved in multiple projects in different areas: applications, infrastructure risk&security, working with both – IT environment and business. Today I’m a leader of Global Workplace Services team. My main power is project management and building strong relationships with stakeholders. I participated in cross-border projects, working with people from all over the world. I listen closely to challenges people face and share my knowledge to find the solution.

My motivation for being a mentor is interaction with others, meeting new people at the beginning of their career path and helping them to find a way to growth and develop their skills. Based on my experience I’ll share the best examples how to talk to the people in different organization level and how to feel confident.
