With 15 years of experience as an IT Manager, including the last 10 years at ING, I am passionate about building strong and highly motivated teams who achieve their ambitious goals. I eagerly support their work organization, stimulate them for continuous growth and inspire action. I actively engage in initiatives that empower others, enhance satisfaction, and build self-confidence. While enjoying each sort of a teamwork I believe that strong relationships are the key to effective collaboration and achieving success. I take pride in being ING Ambassador supporting local initiatives and driving positive change.

I balance my intensive professional career with my wife and mother roles. To maintain a healthy balance, I enjoy all forms of physical activity. I spend most of my free time at the pool or gym, and when the weather is nice, I gladly swap my car for a bike.
