Justyna Ryczek

I’m a manager at ING with more than 13 years of experience. I've started my journey many years ago as a programmer, but quickly I've discovered that UX is my passion.

Currently besides managing several chapters I'm also leading UX and Product Design service as a Product Manager.

At work I tend to build strong meaningful retaliations with people around. I can say that empathy is my strong side. I'm involved in many Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, because I feel that good work environment and removing barriers is important.

I'm a wife and mother of 10 years old daughter and every day I'm trying my best to find good work-life balance.

I'm passionate about traveling, reading (especially reportages) and taking photos. Couple of months ago I've started running and I'm trying to unleash my "full runner potential".
