With almost 20 years of professional experience in large international companies, I have honed my leadership, team management, business development, and strategic thinking skills. Over the years, I have held multiple roles requiring strong communication abilities, high motivation, a people-oriented approach, and a deep understanding of business dynamics. For the past 13 years, I have been working in the IT industry in various roles: as a Line Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Sales Manager.

I am passionate about working with people and thrive on tackling everyday challenges. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in English Philology from the University of Szczecin, as well as a Bachelor's degree in IT and Econometrics and a postgraduate diploma in IT Project Management from the West Pomeranian Business School.
