Nataliya Siromakha

Nataliya Siromakha is a vice president and Head of GlobalLogic HiCC DU, which focuses on energy, healthcare, industry, and technology.

Nataliya has 20+ years of international experience in the software development business. She started her career with a start-up that developed financial planning tools for educational institutions. Nataliya has wide international experience: she worked in Canada, USA, Ukraine, Poland and successfully driving partnerships with customers from Europe, Japan, USA, Canada.
She joined GlobalLogic 13 years ago and managed teams in the Healthcare domain. From April 2018 till April 2023, Nataliya led the GlobalLogic office in Kharkiv.
As of now, Nataliya is Head of HiCC DU, covering Energy, Healthcare, Industrial, and Technology domains. There are over 1100 engineers in the unit. Nataliya is located in Cracow, Poland and is one of the leaders promoting DEI programs.

Nataliya graduated from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”  with a degree in management in 2000. In 2001 she received a master's degree in human relations and management from National Technical University of Agriculture.
