Paweł Górski

Paweł has a proven track record of turning ideas into reality, with experience in both scientific and commercial settings. Since 2014, he has been an Application Engineering Specialist in 3M's R&D. Acoustic & PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) expert, sound engineer, professional OSH officer, audiologist, inventor, lecturer, publication author. Over his 10 years with 3M, Paweł has been leading educational initiatives, strengthening relationships with universities, market surveillance bodies and introducing PPE to the market.

He has a master's degree in vibroacoustic and sound engineering, a PhD in active noise cancellation systems, has completed various studies & courses in hearing, intellectual property, commercialization, safety areas and an internship at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory.

Paweł is a member of Audio Engineering Society, the International Institute of Acoustics & Vibration, World Hearing Forum, Polish Acoustical Society, Polish Committee for Standardization. He is a strong supporter of knowledge-sharing initiatives both within the company and externally via professional organizations and associations.

Paweł enjoys playing squash, skiing & good music.
