Kamila Szkwarek

Kamila joined GlobalLogic in 2020 as a Head of Talent Acquisition Group. She has 20 years of professional experience in recruitment plus selection of engineering

talents and more than 10 years of managerial experience. Prior to joining GlobalLogic she was building the European Recruitment Shared Service of the American manufacturing company (EMEA Talent Acquisition Hub) and also has been running her own IT recruitment agency. Kamila is also a certified business trainer and a lecturer. She holds a PhD in economics. In her free time Kamila travels a lot and dances salsa.
