Joanna Składanowska-Wszoła

I am EMEA Segment Marketing Leader with 9 years of experience in B2B segment marketing, including, strategy, planning and execution. 

I’ve graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in Marketing and Management. During my studies, I have joined Student Intern program in 3M in Personal Safety Division that gave me good insight into corporate marketing profession. 

I later joined the Abrasive Systems Division, leading programs supporting core portfolio growth. Over time, I expanded my role to cover European markets, leading market segment strategy and programs that led to receiving 3M's Global Marketing Excellence Awards in 2022 and 2024. 

I advocate for growth through collaboration, learning, and maintaining an inquisitive mindset. In my private life, I am happily married, enjoy traveling, exploring Mediterranean culture, staying active, and appreciating good cinema.
