Joanna Węgrzyńska

I graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Chemistry. I hold a PhD in chemical technology, I also completed an MBA. With 18 years of professional experience, I have always worked in R&D departments and have always been close to customers.

At 3M, I started as a product engineer and now I lead the R&D team. I believe that people are the most important in any organization. Who we are, our experiences, education, creativity, openness to changes and new opportunities (which sometimes are very unexpected) create quality that can really impact the market and customers.
