I am an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in automation and robotics. My career began with a master’s degree in Automation and Robotics from Wrocław University of Technology. I have worked in various roles, starting as an Automation Engineer, and progressing to positions such as Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, and Engineering Project Manager at 3M Poland. Currently, I lead a team of specialists in control systems, mechanical design, and project management.
