I am a Quality Engineer in one of the manufacturing sites of 3M in Poland - one of the most innovative companies globally. I have extensive experience in quality management and engineering in the production area - I oversee raw materials, specifications, control plans, and complaints.

My responsibilities include creating and approving technical documentation, supervising changes, and reporting on key quality metrics.

I conduct audits (process, product, QMS, supplier). I supervise control and measurement equipment, perform MSA, and ensure compliance with quality standards. 

I handle complaints, qualify and validate new products, and provide quality training for operators.

I hold a Postgraduate Degree in Quality Management from AGH University of Science and Technology, a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Process Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska.

My certifications include: Internal Auditor of Integrated Quality, Environmental, and EHS Management System, Internal Auditor of Information Security Management System, Green Belt Training in Lean Six Sigma, and Practical Applications of FMEA in Quality Management.
