Laura Esposito

Laura works as the Sr Exec Director, Regional Defence Sales for Honeywell’s Defence&Space International Division. Laura is responsible for achieving new wins, orders and revenue targets across Honeywell’s EMEAI regions. She leads a team of Sales Directors to drive strategic growth, customer engagement, and new business orders for International Military, OEM, and Aftermarket customers. Laura also serves as an official member of the US delegation for the NATO Industrial Advisory Group. Before, Laura worked for the US Dept of State’s Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO) and Political Military Affairs (PM) Bureaus in Washington, DC. While in the CSO Bureau, Laura supported conflict mediation and prevention programs across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Laura grew up in the Greater Boston Area and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Relations from Boston University, as well as an MBA from Saint Louis University. Laura is fluent in French, having studied and interned in France prior to joining the U.S. State Department. Laura is married and has a 14-month-old son.
