Zuzanna Kobos

Experienced HR Professional with background in HR projects, Communications, HR Business Partnering and Talent Management in international tech companies. University of Lodz Master of Arts graduate, with a knack for linguistics. Certified in Agile PM, Change Management Foundation, ITIL and Prince2 Foundation, and several HR-oriented areas of expertise including HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits Professional and Talent and Career management. 

In her role of a Talent HR Program Manager at Hitachi Energy, Zuzanna is leading Power+, company’s flagship Global Graduate Development Program for early STEM talents. She ensures that we deliver global, exceptional experience for participants and the business which Power+ers join in a rotational scheme in all key markets across the globe where we hire Power+ Graduates. 

In her private life, a huge fan of music and dance, biographies of worldwide impactful leaders, good crime and documentaries, and various types of handicrafts, e.g. origami. Used to live in the USA in her childhood and in Slovenia during her studies, but always returns to her beloved hometown, Lodz.
