Izabela Muszyńska

I joined 3M company in 2012 as a Product Engineer in the R&D department. From the very beginning, I have been working with adhesive and tapes technology looking for innovative solutions, new applications and supporting manufacturing of existing products. Since 2018, I have been serving as a Senior Product Engineer in the same division. Working over 10 years in this area allowed me to build reach product, technology and application knowledge. Working in R&D department an important aspect of my role is also Project Management. With my background in Project Management Postgraduate Studies, I effectively manage projects of varying complexity. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that milestones are met.

Since 2014 I’m additionally actively involved in the 3M Technical Forum organization, focusing on networking and mentoring. I served as the Global Technical Forum Chair for a period of 3 years what was one of my best practices in knowledge sharing and allowed me to build network collaboration on global level.

Personally, I’m a mother of three children, successfully balancing my domestic and professional responsibilities.
