Justyna Żak

Justyna has been working in Heineken since May 2020. From the beginning in People Function (HR) in various roles. Currently as People Business Partner supporting few IT departments in HGSS.

In her role she is responsible for supporting managers and leaders in all strategic and operational People Function aspects, especially in the area of organization design, performance & talent  management, reward & recognition practice.

Justyna graduated Sociology at University of Management and Banking in Krakow as well as Human Resources management post graduate studies.

Her greatest passion is traveling.
