Agnieszka Kowalczyk

I am a Master in Telecommunications Engineering and a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology with extensive knowledge in mobile network systems and a 10-year experience in the telecom industry. I began my career at Samsung, where my specialization was signaling protocol testing across various European countries to ensure high-quality performance for user services. After that, I moved to Orange, where I worked as a Network Architect, designing and optimizing signaling procedures for failure resistant network. Currently, I am a Voice Systems Expert at Play, where I can apply my expertise to develop and enhance voice-related solutions. With a deep understanding of 4G/5G technologies, IP networks and telecommunication protocols, I am dedicated to advancing the future of telecom systems. My diverse background, from protocol testing to network architecture, has shaped me as a professional in the field.

In my spare time, I love to travel, discovering new places and cultures. My passion for exploring the world is a perfect way for me to relax, enjoy nature and expand new horizons.
