Christin Schack

Christin began her career as a Marketing Trainee at 3M, with increasing responsibility, she spent many years leading our Safety & Industrial business and team and is now the Chairwoman of the Management Board of 3M Deutschland GmbH., managing one of the biggest 3M’s subsidiaries globally - business wise and in terms of number of employees.

As VP & Managing Director, she oversees the Central Europe Region (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands). Having lived and worked in France, the USA, and Sweden, she currently resides in Bavaria and loves the mountains.

Christin firmly believes that the best outcomes for employees and the company are achieved by developing our people and granting them autonomy to act. She is a champion for community and inclusion, advocating that these values not only make companies more successful but also enrich teamwork and bring joy.

Outside of 3M, she serves as mentor and coach for young adults coming from socially challenged backgrounds.
