Katarzyna Gronwald-Gil - over 20 years of experience in large international banks and financial institutions in credit and financial risk management, system development, and reporting. In recent years, she has been focusing on ESG topics, particularly ESG reporting for credit portfolios and environmental risk management.

Currently, she works at Nordea Bank as a ESG Reporting Lead / Process Owner, where she participates in designing ESG reporting processes and systems and oversees the preparation of external ESG disclosures for the Nordea Group.

Graduated in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
