Hello, I’m Zuzia! Psychologist and Sociologist - I love working with people about the people in different contexts.

I started my journey in Schneider Electric in 2023 within the position of HR Employee Communication. That time I supported our HRBPs and VP in various topics. On the current position of an Internal Trainer at our LearningHub, I'm not only responsible for end-to-end process of creating, delivering and evaluating workshops, but I also analyse the needs of knowledge and practice of soft skills in our organization.

Being a person who is driven by the humanities from a practical point of view, topics related to learning and development are closest to my heart for now on!
