Agnieszka Kapko

Hi, I’m Agnieszka. I inspire and empower others. Preferring simple and effective solutions, I have diverse experience working with people on projects ranging from artistic and cultural animation to enhancing the efficiency of a large organisation. My journey with SE began in 2013 as an HR Advisor. I then became a Quality Assurance Specialist, CI Lead, Process Expert, and Team Manager. Currently, I lead the Employee Experience Service Line, assisting SE employees across Europe with their HR queries, curating the HR Knowledge Base, and supporting Digital Experience with our internal Chatbot. Along the way, I’ve also become an Internal Trainer in our LearningHub which is now under my wings.

And in my private life? I’m a mother of two, which means I’m also expert in negotiation, assertiveness, and mediation!
