Olga Wizny

Olga is the Director of Software Delivery Excellence at Pega Systems, where she supports development teams with DevOps, performance and resilience testing, scaled agile services, and QA tooling. With over 19 years of experience in the tech industry, Olga has a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

She studied Electronics and Telecommunications at the Technical University of Szczecin. Her career began as a consultant in the telecom industry, later transitioning to an automation tester and eventually becoming the leader of a globally distributed system (GDS).

Olga joined Pega in 2024. In addition to her daily duties and overseeing software delivery processes, she dedicates time to initiatives that support and promote women in tech. She is a mentor and a strong believer in servant leadership. Olga is highly respected for her ability to manage teams, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and productive. She has a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams that consistently deliver high-quality results.
