I’m an Agile Delivery Coach at Pegasystems, passionate about driving change and helping teams work smarter, faster, and with more joy. Over the past 10 years in software development, I’ve worn many hats—Scrum Master, Project Manager, Release Manager—which gives me a broad perspective on how to make Agile work in real-world settings.

At Pegasystems, I focus on Scaling Scrum to ensure seamless delivery of valuable features to clients. Beyond work, I’m a co-organizer of Liberating Structures Krakow Meetups, where we experiment with techniques to boost collaboration. I also support women in tech as Co-Chair of Women@Pega Poland and a mentor in the Tech Leaders program.
