With a distinguished career spanning academia, aerospace and healthcare, Karolina has consistently harnessed her engineering expertise to drive meaningful societal and environmental change. Currently a senior consultant at Lingaro, Karolina leads operations research initiatives focused on optimizing supply chains for sustainability—advancing responsible business practices and environmental stewardship.

She gained experience at universities in the U.S and Hong Kong, pioneering research to improve healthcare access and enhance public sector efficiency.

From academia, she transitioned to the aerospace sector, where she developed cutting-edge solutions in engine reliability modeling, autonomous flight and supply chain optimization. She later brought her passion for data-driven impact to healthcare, leading AI-driven advancements in medical imaging and diagnostics as a program manager.

Author and co-author of multiple publications in the area of operations research including autonomous flight, survivable network design, patient flow optimization, logistics, and project scheduling.
