Michał Antkowiak

Michal Antkowiak is an IT professional with 20 years of experience at P&G. He possesses technical and business skills in the fields of business intelligence, enterprise mobility, network infrastructure, cloud computing, big data, AI engineering and building compound AI systems. Michal has led technology innovation projects (Software-Defined WAN), pioneered and established greenfield platforms (Mobile App Factory) and led large scale IT transformation programs (SOTER – Azure Cloud Migration). Currently he leads AI Engineering – the engineering organization behind AI Factory, GenAI Platform and multiple flagship algorithmic products across P&G. He also serves as a member of CIO Technical Advisory Board, having been inducted in the inaugural induction round in 2022.

Michal is passionate about solving business and engineering problems, implementing greenfield solutions and developing highly functional engineering organizations. He is a critical thinker, constantly challenging status quo for continuous improvement.
