Julia Wilk

Julia Wilk is an engineer and research innovator. At GE Aerospace she is a part of Edison Engineering Development Program, designed to accelerate the development of technical and leadership skills in early-career engineers. Julia is working on advanced aerospace projects, and contributing fresh perspectives to solutions that enhance the safety and quality of GE Aerospace's products – aircraft engines. Throughout her career, she has been involved in engineering projects focused on problem-solving.

Julia is also pursuing a PhD in mechanical engineering at the Doctoral School of the Warsaw University of Technology. Her scientific activities include publishing in journals on topics related to the use of artificial intelligence in robotic-human cooperation. She has presented her research findings at international conferences.

Julia is a leader and co-founder of the startup in field of MedTech, which is developing a wearable system for home monitoring of infants' health.

Forbes Women has named her one of 24 Women to Follow in 2024.
