Jadwiga Marciniak

Jadwiga Marciniak is a senior manager in the aircraft engine industry, currently serving as the Lean and Engineering Specialist for the new turboprop engine at GE Aerospace. With an MSc in Spacecraft Engineering from Warsaw Technical University and a BCh in Banking from the University of Insurance and Banking, Jadwiga combines technical expertise with financial knowledge.

Jadwiga's journey at GE Aerospace began in 2004 as a Design Engineer, where she developed her skills through the Edison Engineering Development Program and contributed to Design, Services, and Analytical teams. Her passion for Lean Management ignited in 2019 when she took on the role of Lean Leader for the Warsaw Engineering Site, driving cultural transformation and process improvement.

Outside of her professional life, Jadwiga is a vibrant individual who enjoys time with her two teenage kids and friends. Her list of hobbies includes playing the violin, racing cars, crocheting, embroidering, knitting, gardening, reading and listening books, watching movies, running, baking, and cooking.
