Karolina Tobolska

My name is Karolina Tobolska. Since 2022, I am Talent Acquisition Partner at GE Aerospace - world-leading provider of jet and turboprop engines, as well as integrated systems for commercial, military, business, and general aviation. I am based in Warsaw office and I am responsible for identifying the top class engineers on the job market and accompanying them through recruitment process at GE Aerospace. I am in recruitment sector since 2010. For the last 15 years I have supported several multinationals mainly from Tech and FMCG areas. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion. In my private life, I have an almost teenager son and a stubborn one year old Australian cattle dog, I like nature and long walks.
