Milena Kurpiewska

Milena has 12+ years’ professional experience and was recently appointed to her current role to strategically oversee and develop the company’s internal engineering competencies and talent in data science and (Gen)AI. Having joined Lingaro from a Big 3 consultancy where she honed her skills in business intelligence and strategic advisory, she always aims to discover the most effective solutions to challenges and question the status quo.  

Earlier in her career, Milena served at Facebook and Zalando in both companies’ headquarters. She holds an MA in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from the Warsaw School of Economics.  

Milena’s biggest source of professional inspiration is seeing people realize their potential and grow.
