Mateusz Sądaj

Mateusz doesn't believe his own grandmother, who claims that "everything SOMEHOW will be fine" and "change will happen this OR that way". As a long-time practitioner (and theoretician - because there's nothing wrong with that!) of transformation, he works at every level of the organization, methodically and pragmatically design, implement and evaluate product and process changes. He gained experience in areas such as Software Development, Intelligent Automation, KYC, Risk Management, HR, Communication & Marketing, and currently serves as Transformation Expert Lead and Program Manager for strategic and global transformation projects. Today, he looks at an organization in change as a system and a living organism, where processes, products and projects build (or ruin) business value and employee experience.
