Weronika Idzik

Weronika is a Business Analyst at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services in Kraków, with over two years of experience in IT. In her role, she acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals. She also supports end-user testing and quality assurance to help deliver high-quality, user-focused outcomes.

Before joining HEINEKEN, Weronika gained experience through internships in both the public and corporate sectors, including a role at the Ministry of Digitalization where she worked on digital accessibility initiatives. This sparked her lasting interest in accessibility and inclusive design, eventually leading her to explore the field of user experience (UX) more deeply.

Outside of work, Weronika is passionate about creating more human-centered technology. She enjoys learning about UX design, accessibility standards, and how data can drive user-friendly solutions. In her free time, she’s also an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys diving into history.
