Nydia Assaf Aragon

Nydia Assaf Aragón is the Founder and CEO of EnLuz, a consultancy specializing in advanced technology solutions. She is also the Chairwoman and Founder of the Women Business Network chapter in Scranton, PA, and serves as a board member and Chair of the Book Club for the Cary, NC Women Business Network. An alumna of the Tecnológico de Costa Rica's Electronic Engineering program, Nydia has been instrumental in promoting quantum computing literacy in Latin America. In collaboration with her alma mater, she co-organized the Global Quantum Literacy event, aiming to make quantum technologies more accessible across the region. Recognized as one of SAS's Top Women in Analytics, Nydia is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion within the tech community.
