Marcin Pawłowski

Dr. Marcin Pawłowski is an Associate Professor at the University of Gdańsk and leads the Quantum Cybersecurity and Communication Group within the International Centre for Theory of Quantum Technologies (ICTQT). He earned his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Gdańsk in 2010 and subsequently held a postdoctoral position at the University of Bristol. Dr. Pawłowski's research encompasses quantum information science, focusing on quantum cryptography, machine learning, and the foundations of physics. He has authored over 70 publications and holds six patents related to quantum communication and cryptography. Notably, he co-founded SeQure Quantum, a company specializing in device-independent random number generators.
