Alina Malinowska

I graduated with a masters degree in Technology and Chemical Engineering and became a Technology Specialist with over 17 years of experience in production, quality, logistics, and warehousing. In my daily work, I design, build, test, and implement applications for the shop floor, and support the development of new technologies for production and warehousing on an international scale. I'm a graduate of the WIN 2023/2024 program at HEINEKEN and support the digital transformation of our breweries. I'm passionate about the digital world, AI tools, and systems like SAP and Oracle. I love solving data-based puzzles.

My motto? Every problem is just a puzzle waiting to be solved! I'm interested in connecting unconventional people, data visualization, agile project management methods, and Design Thinking processes. I belong to the Train the Trainers community and develop a multidisciplinary team of experts in the digital supply chain.  

In my free time, I ride a bike, enjoy pop culture, hike, read (science fiction, crime, fantasy), and play board games. My eyes in proper light can reflect a sunflower  🌻
