Agnieszka Rokita

Agnieszka Rokita is the Circle Lead at the Super Circle Contact Centre in the COO. She has been associated with ING Bank Śląski for 15 years, starting in customer service and progressing to the role of internal trainer. For Agnieszka, relationships—both at work and with customers—have always been paramount. As a leader, she focuses on understanding, empathy, and appreciation.

Privately, Agnieszka is a passionate car traveller who loves exploring the unknown. She is also a music enthusiast, especially of electronic music, and a fan of festivals.
