Magdalena Bukała

Over the last 17 years, Magda has led several teams in the EMEA region as well as overseas, mostly focusing on training and Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement (ID&E). Next to being an IT coach and mentor for career hoppers, she helps to create strategy, optimize D&I efforts by orchestrating the efforts of the Global Employee Resource Groups at Akamai. She is an advocate of healthy work life balance, as having two boys on her own made her understand what it takes to have a successful career while also being a mother.
