Katarzyna Slowiak is an experienced change management professional. During 20+ years of her career in IT and banking industry she has delivered complex transformation programs and IT solutions both globally as well as for individual markets, bringing business and technology teams together.

Since 2012 she works for HSBC where currently, as Delivery Head, she leads Client Services IT teams and is responsible for delivery of innovative global solutions supporting client and products journeys.

As people manager her main focus is dedicated to teams and individuals growth and development. Creating diverse work environment where everyone can perform at their best is one of her top priorities. She also serves as mentor supporting colleagues to achieve their career goals.

She loves working with different cultures, interesting people and complex projects.
