With a degree in databases and their applications and a passion for innovation, Paulina started her career from working in insurance and automotive banking, where she gained hands-on experience in software development and project management, which she would later leverage in her consulting career.

In 2021, Paulina joined BCG Platinion, where she focuses on helping clients in various industries design and implement digital transformation strategies. Over the years, Paulina has developed a holistic approach to digital transformation that combines technology, people, and processes. She believes that a successful transformation requires a deep understanding of the client's business, as well as the ability to align technology initiatives with broader strategic goals.
