Magda Wypych is HR Project Manager & Leader of Lingaro Pride Group (ERG) in Lingaro with previous experience as a recruiter. Her expertise lies in delivering projects that bridge the gap between HR and business operations. Over the past six years, Mag has worked within IT companies, where she has refined her interests in process automation, data management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

As the Global Leader of Lingaro Pride, the company's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, Mag leads efforts to create an inclusive work environment where every employee feels appreciated and supported.
