Aleksandra Nowińska

Aleksandra Nowińska is the founder of Lumidata, an initiative created in collaboration with Roche as part of the HerStory by Girls Future Ready project. Lumidata aims to inspire and support young professionals in pursuing careers in data science by showcasing real-world applications of data, engaging with industry leaders, and providing accessible educational resources. Through expert discussions, case studies, and hands-on projects, Lumidata helps bridge the gap between academia and industry, making data science more inclusive and impactful.

Beyond Lumidata, Aleksandra is actively involved in cutting-edge university projects at Eindhoven University of Technology and Tilburg University, where she studies Data Science. Her academic journey includes working on neural network training pipelines, sentiment analysis, and AI-driven data visualization techniques, exploring the intersection of machine learning and business intelligence.

Aleksandra is passionate about making data science more accessible, engaging, and impactful, focusing on mentorship, education, and career development for women in tech.
