Michał Gulczyński holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Bocconi University. Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the European University Institute in Florence, he studies the conditions under which boys experience poorer educational outcomes than girls. His previous academic work has focused on the inclusion of men in gender equality policies, sex-selective migration from rural to urban areas, and the impact of electoral systems on women’s electoral success. He is a co-founder and board member of the Polish Association for Boys and Men.
